Honestly......what was I thinking? A Half-marathon? 21 kilometers? Come on.
Well at the time, I thought of it as 4-5 kilometer races or 2-10 kilometer races. Those are doable. I can run 5 now but if I push I can do 10.
It seems like a natural progression. I have registered for 4-5 km, and 3-10 km Races for the 2015 season. My coach, Ellen Yeo has taught us well. Since September we have been taking running classes. Crazy, nasty weather but very exhilarating.
So....here we are.
Now the training begins.
